You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law.
Presently, we collect sales tax for all purchases shipped to Illinois. With the current political climate and new laws, we may in the future (and with little notice) be forced to start collecting sales tax in other jurisdictions.

We proudly ship to all 50 states, PO boxes, and the deployed armed services at APO/FPO/DPO boxes. Additionally, where available, we ship items internationally. Please note that additional fees (displayed at checkout) will usually apply for these destinations.
We use a variety of shippers and shipping methods, and thus please keep in mind that any address that you (as a customer) provide us must be good for the USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Per marketplace policy, we will be unable to change your shipping address information after the order is placed so if a special consideration must be taken we ask that you contact us first to make sure that we can accommodate you. Failure to provide a proper shipping address will prevent the need to cancel your order after it has been placed.
Additionally, please be aware that there are restrictions on exporting certain kinds of products outside of the United States. If you order an item to be shipped internationally and the export of such item is barred by law or not allowed by the manufacturer, your order is subject to cancellation.
We offer a standard 30 day return policy as detailed below. You must contact us for an RMA before sending anything back to us. This will ensure that your return is received and properly processed. Any requests for returns, repairs, replacements, exchanges, etc. must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. If such requests and returned items are not received within this timeframe, in most cases we will not be able to authorize a return, process a replacement, or issue a refund. In brief, if the return is not for a case of seller error, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and we will typically charge a minimum 15% restocking fee (more if the item is returned, for example, in less than new condition). If it is seller fault (you were sent the wrong item, the item you received is damaged or defective) we will of course take care of you. Lastly, we ask that customers follow Rakuten and our return policy and fully cooperate with any investigations into lost or damaged packages so that the appropriate information can be provided to shipping or insurance carrier.
